We are living in a magical time in technology. The emergence and development of new disciplines (artificial intelligence, blockchain...) and their application to our day-to-day activities is revolutionizing everything.
Art is now experiencing extraordinary moments that can change the way of creating in the incoming times. In my opinion, we are living the beginning of what is going to be the art of the future. And by that, I mean AI Art / Generative Art.
What is AI Art?
AI art is art generated with the help of an artificial intelligence.
As you know, artificial intelligence is a branch of computer science that deals with creating algorithms that mimic human intelligence. This discipline has progressed exponentially in recent years, reaching unimaginable milestones.
In the field of art, you team up with an artificial intelligence and your favourite artists to do teamwork whose result is unique that provokes emotions (what Art does) and in some cases surprising and beautiful. And you can apply this technology to all the art disciplines (painting, sculpture, literature, architecture, cinema, music, theater... even cooking!)
Talking about painting, there are many platforms where you can create AI Art. I particularly work with Disco Diffusion and the basic way of doing it is:
1 - You think about the work you want to draw.
2 - You configure a series of simple technical options.
3 - You whisper to the machine a series of instructions
... and voila:

I whispered to the computer some instructions and...

Birdcourts in L’Haddes - AI Concept Art
L´Haddes is the smallest but the most important and powerful continent in the Metaverse. It is built in the sky. Borhealis is ruled from there. It is joined to the surface by an infinite tower.
